Vendor Questions and Answers

1. Need to know the max amount of floors high- 11/ 5 occupied.

1. 2. The number and types of windows to be cleaned? Fixed Casement Windows, Double Pane, Tempered Glass, Aluminum Frames (most common, used throughout)

4. Any special access requirements or safety considerations?- Roof access requires fall protection; permitting provided via Safety Office IAW with facility policy.

5. What is the maximum building height? The building is 110’ at its highest to its lowest points.

6. How many skylights require cleaning? What is their height above a stable work surface? There are no skylights

7. Are structural anchors present to support rigging?- Rooftop anchor points are in place

8. Are there any obstructions to accessing inside window surfaces?- Windows in interior spaces may be blocked due to office furniture/ equipment. If so, will these be removed? Situational

9. We see that there are white panels above and below the windows, do they need to be cleaned as well? Yes

10. Do you just so happen to have an aerial view of the building showing which building is which? The April washing is showing multiple buildings numbers which we aren’t sure what building they are. NO

12. Do you require the windows to be cleaned with eco-friendly products? Yes

13. What is the insurance requirements? The vendor will be responsible.

14. Do you have an estimate for how many windows would be covered? NO

15. Will the glass inside the Mall be cleaned and if so, will the hospital arrange for all the stores to be clear prior to this cleaning (assuming we could put an atrium lift inside). This can be arranged with advance notice for the scheduled cleaning to take place.

16. Per the SOW, only the main building will be serviced in October. In April, we will service the main building and buildings, 502,507,509,511,513,514,515,519,520 and 521. Please confirm that this is correct. Confirmed

17. Was the previous contract executed in its entirety? Yes

18. Will the hospital add more buildings to the contract and if so, how many and what are their building numbers? No

19. Are the anchors certified in the main building? No, no anchors interior to main building.

20. Is overtime or after-hours work expected or anticipated? No

21. Is working on the weekend an option? No

22. Will the hospital provide parking? No
