DESCRIPTION

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Boiler / DA Tank Use Life Evaluation at the Hampton VA Medical Center. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.

Place of Performance: The contract facility will be located on the campus of the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia.

Period of Performance: The Period of Performance will be for a base year in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.

Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 541350 (Building Inspection Services) with a size standard of $11.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside and only SBA registered vendors should submit offers.

Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.

A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 31 May, 2024, via Contract Opportunities (SAM) website via SAM.gov | Home All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov | Home website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following:

1. SAM database at https://www.sam.gov

2. Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered and verified in U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) Vendors can access SBA at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) The Contracting Officer is:
