This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.

The Hampton VA Medical Center VAMC, 100 Emancipation Dr, Hampton, Virginia 23667 is seeking potential sources capable of providing refrigeration maintenance and repair services at their facility. The facility has 5500 square feet of walk-in refrigeration and freezer space. Contractor to provide monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual maintenance on various pieces of equipment. Equipment includes: Irinox Blast Chiller & Condenser, OMNI Team Refrigerated Rack System, Hill Phoenix Refrigeration System, and Rack System.

Applicable NAICS Code is 811412 with a size standard of $19 million. Classification code is H341.

Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following:
