About this file
This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for janitorial services. The amendment extends the quote submission deadline to June 22, 2023 at 12PM ET. It provides offeror questions and government answers, updates the performance work statement at section B.3, and replaces the wage determination at section D.1 with the applicable wage determination for Asheville, NC. The solicitation seeks janitorial services for the Western North Carolina VA Health Care System located in Asheville, to include cleaning six hundred twenty-eight thousand eight hundred thirty-four gross square feet across multiple buildings. The contractor must provide seventeen employees across various shifts to clean areas such as hallways, restrooms, exam rooms, break rooms and more using aseptic techniques.
