* = Required Field Contract Opportunity Special Notice J065 Evita Infinity V500 PM 23667 36C24621Q0446 N 811219 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton VA 23667 Ashley Korahaes Ashley.Korahaes@va.gov Ashley.Korahaes@va.gov Ashley Korahaes The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Draeger, Inc. for services to Repair, Maintain, provide safety checks and software updates to the 24 Evita Infinity V500 Ventilators located at the Charles George VA Medical Center, Biomedical Service. These services must be kept up to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, utilizing Original Factory Parts and the ability to fully provide software updates. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
