Subject: Notice of Award Contract No. 36C246-18-C-0009 Project 565-17-307: Renovate PRRC Fayetteville VAMC

Dear Mr. Levinson, Acceptance is hereby made of your offer in the amount of $771,744.00 dated April 06, 2018 that was submitted for Project 565-17-307: Renovate PRRC at the Fayetteville VAMC 2300 Ramsey St 28301. Harbor Services, INC is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision necessary for the project as set forth in the specifications and drawings, as described in solicitation 36C246-18-R-0224 for the consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED

SEVENTY-ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED AND FOURTY FOUR DOLLARS, AND

NINETY-ZERO CENTS ($771,744.00), and to complete all contracted work within 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

Contract # 36C246-18-C-0009 and Purchase Order 565-C80186 have been assigned and must be referred to in any future correspondence concerning this award.

This Notice of Award does not authorize your company to incur any costs other than for insurance cost, prior to issuance of a formal Notice to Proceed by the Contracting Officer.

You are advised that a duly appointed Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to change or alter this contract, whether or not any other employee informs you of work intended to be done, prior to its completion or termination, or to obligate the United States Government on behalf of the VA. You are further advised that Mr. Zachary Swavely, COR, is designated as the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COR) for the purpose of inspecting and accepting the work called for in this contract.
