These services fall under NAICS Code 541219, Other Accounting Services. Market Research was conducted by reviewing the following:

• A search of the VIP Database utilizing the key word "coding" identified 45 SDVOSBs and VOSBs vendors could potentially do the service.
• The (SAC) has established a multiple-award BPA for Health Information Management (HIM) Health Record Coding Services under the Federal Supply Schedule. There are 2 SDVSOBs BPA awardees. However, only 1 SDVSOB can provide the level of effort that is being requested for off-site coding services.
