The steam trap system and piping is to be fully replaced and reconnected. The nex 8" valve will require and new flange to be installed.

The location of the receptacle will be moved to the right of the ladder.

US2-7Statement of Work General Scope states "relocate sump pit to the front right corner when viewed from the ladder". Is this simply a pump relocation or is the contractor required to cut in a new submerged pit in the floor of this vault? The request is for a new pump to be installed and a new pit to be cut. Dimensions for pit in RFI US2-8.
