9 NA

Line Item no. 10 of the solicitation states a Period of Performance of 90 Calendar days. Line Item no.

11 states 120 Calendar days

90 Days Period of Performance not 120 Days

10 NA Floor New Work Plan 2/A-102 states "Countertop provided by customer...". Is this correct?

This comment was a mistake - countertop should be provided by contractor and included in pricing.

11 NA

General Note #9 on Sheet A-100 references spec section 115300 for equipment schedule. Will this spec be issued?

Note is in error. Specification reference is no longer a valid VA Guide Spec. All equipment schedules were incorporated into the drawings

12 NA

The Schedule for Finishes spec section 09 06 00 states an Armstrong Ultima Health Zone NRC 1448 tile. This has a sound blocking [CAC] 35 of 50.

Spec section 09 51 00 page 4, paragraph 2.4A.2.c requires a 40-44 range unless specified otherwise.

Is this acceptable?

Use tile as specified in 09 06 00. Selected tile has other qualities (such as higher NRC value as well as resistance to molds/mildews) that were assessed in selection for a healthcare environment.

13 NA

Room finish notes #2 (wallcovering) and #3 (painting) on sheet A-101 are not noted on the floor plan. Is there a "feature" wall that is covered?

Wall finishes are to match exisiting. There is no feature wall

14 NA

Is the Demolition of the existing Radiography Imaging Equipment to be included with this proposal or is it part of the Radiology Equipment contract?

If it is by this proposal, are any items to be salvaged?

Removal and disposal of the existing equipment will be handled by the Radiology Equipment contract.
