About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation seeking proposals for audio and visual wellness relaxation stations to be installed at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 5 is seeking immersive experience applications to be used on relaxation stations that will provide distraction-free audio and visual mindfulness, music, and meditation options for employees. The amendment extends the proposal due date to August 14, 2023 at 9 am ET and provides responses to questions from contractors. No further questions will be answered. Proposals must include the entire solicitation and be emailed to the specified contracting specialist by the new due date. The requirement is not intended to deliver established VA programming and was determined to not qualify for a sole source acquisition.
