Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the website and no hard copies will be made available.

In addition to providing room and board to VA veterans, vendor staff will provide additional oversight to rehabilitating veterans, such as aiding in learning and development of responsible living patterns, assistance in upgrading social skills and improved personal relationships, instruction in and assistance with health and personal hygiene, and will collaborate with VA designated case managers or other community resources as needed. As part of the rehabilitation process, veterans will need access to a laundry room with laundry soap for veterans to do their own laundry and a kitchen area with appliances to prepare their own snacks and meals. Veteran residents will also require a private, handicapped accessible individual bathroom located in the veterans-only area.
