1. Can a firm submit as both a prime and a subconsultant for this contract?

Answer: This request is for Prime Contractor’s . The decision to be a subconsultant to another firm is solely dependent on your decision.

2. Can you clarify if the Part II’s or CPARs/PPQs count towards the 75-page count?

Answer: As long as your submission does not exceed 75 pages in total.

3. The solicitation states Narrative of up to 10 relevant projects completed within the last five years that illustrates overall team experience. Does that mean the Design is complete or Construction Complete?

Answer: It relates to A&E projects.

4.Do we have to be licensed in all states(MD, DC and WV) if we are just going after the West Virginia IDIQ? All A&E’s must be registered in the state of which they conduct business.

5. What disciplines are you looking for to be licensed? The scope of work involves but is not limited to furnishing Architectural/Engineer Services Multi-Disciplinary in nature. Multi-Disciplinary work includes architectural, civil, structural, mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC), electrical, fire protection, industrial hygiene, environmental, geotechnical, and other engineering services related to healthcare facilities. This is listed on page 1 and page 6 of the request for SF330’s.
