About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center. The VA is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of supplying neurophysiology systems, with responses required by July 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. The notice specifies three benchmark products: Leksell Non-XYZ Frame Mechanical Kit, Leksell XY Frame Adapter, and NeuroOmega Neuro Drive Headstage Kit. Prospective offerors should treat these brand-name references as design and performance standards rather than mandatory specifications. All equipment and supplies must include manufacturer warranty for the first year from date of receipt and installation verification. Items must be shipped to Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Interested parties must have active SAM.GOV registration and provide company information including name, address, point of contact, phone, email, Unique Entity ID, CAGE Code, and Tax ID Number. Responses must also include a capability statement, relevant product literature, and a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with brochure and specification sheets. The requirement is classified under NAICS 339113 (Medical Devices and Supplies Manufacturing) with Product Service Code 6515. The VA will evaluate socio-economic status, including veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUB Zone certification, woman-owned business status, and GSA Schedule availability. Per 38 U.S.C. 8127(d), contracts may be awarded on a restricted basis to veteran-owned small businesses if fair and reasonable pricing is anticipated. All inquiries must be directed to Contract Specialist Ryan Hatfield via email only at Ryan.Hatfield@va.gov; phone calls will not be accepted.
