2. The pricing document has dates of 6/2/2025-6/1/2026 and the Quantity 12 and the Unit as Month. Do we need to include Snow/Ice for the winter months? Or do we price all 12 months for Landscaping? It is not mentioned in the PWS.
Answer: Landscaping Only.
3. Retention Pond Maintenance – Phase II Scope The PWS outlines a two-phase approach to the hospital’s largest retention pond, including vegetation preservation and restoration. We would appreciate clarification on the following:

Answer: Yes. See Attached.
· Will there be a baseline inspection report or assessment provided to define what qualifies as “dead or dying specimens”?
Answer: No. Complete clearing & rebedding of proper plants.
· Are there any plant density requirements or target coverage ratios (e.g., % aquatic coverage) for restored vegetation?
Answer: 0%. Yes, per DNREC guidelines.
4. Stormwater Inlets and Biofiltration Units Per PWS Section 1.1.10, the contractor is responsible for semi-annual cleaning of stormwater inlets and biofiltration devices:
