The value of the inventory will be negotiated between the Contracting Officer and the Contractor IAW FAR Clause 52.237-3. Contractor inventory records, processing records, and replacement records will be taken into consideration during the negotiation process.
7. Phase-in/Out Details

The picked-up VA owned dirty laundry shall be cleaned, dried, and packaged to prepare it for return to EVAMC.
On the following business day, the incumbent shall deliver all the laundry, including the Contractor owned items, cleaned during the final day of the contract. All par levels should be met. No dirty laundry shall be picked up on this day.

The new Contractor shall acquire sufficient inventory to begin full support at par levels on the first day of the contract.
