Question and Answer

1. We are looking for some clarification on the pricing schedule for this sol attached.

For example, item 0001 reads 200 (estimated) panels. Does this mean that over the course of the 5 years you might order between 3-4 tests per month to be done? 200/60 = 3.33 Item 0002 Does this mean that over the course of the 5 years you might order around 15 tests per quarter? 300/20quarters Item 0003 Does this mean that over the course of the 5 years you might order around 18 tests per quarter? 360/20quarters Answer:

The total listed in the price schedule is the estimated total usage over five years. Year one estimate can be figured by dividing that total by 5. The price schedule and SOW have been updated in the amendment and should be referenced using Version 2.
