VIDIR THREE-POSITION HOSPITAL BED LIFT

Solicitation: 36C24424Q0641 Questions & Answers

Question #1: Additional Equipment: Are there any extra pieces of equipment or accessories that the VA anticipates needing alongside the hospital bed lift?

Government Response:

Refer to the revised Statement of Need included in Amendment 0001 for equipment requirements. Anti-microbial coating and (3) stretcher adapter plates (platform inserts for storing stretchers, gurneys, and other narrow equipment) must be included.

Question #2: Installation Site Images: Could you provide photographs or diagrams of the space where the bed lift will be assembled? This will help us ensure that our installation plan is thoroughly prepared and compliant with site-specific requirements.

Please refer to the revised Statement of Need included in Amendment 0001.

Question #3: Budget Expectations: To better tailor our proposal, could you share the price range the VA has earmarked for this procurement? Understanding whether there is an incumbent vendor and their pricing can also aid us in offering a competitive and comprehensive package.

There is no incumbent.

Question #4: How should our proposal be submitted? I was not sure where out on SAM.gov to upload it.

Please submit your quote to the POCs listed on the SAM posting, making sure to use the correct POC emails.
