About this file

This document is an amendment to a request for information for maintenance and support services for a Lenel OnGuard security system. The system includes 427 cameras, 560 readers across 4 NVR servers located at a Veterans Affairs facility. Responses to the RFI were due by December 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The amendment provides answers to 25 questions seeking clarification on the system configuration, licenses, integrations, custom solutions, training, maintenance history and requirements, and other operational details. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the response deadline. The requirement will be awarded as an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract due to the unknown frequency of support requests.

Answer: Confirmed latest version that works with the current system. 8.2 is available but is not needed.

6. Are there any Integrations with other software on site?

Answer: Avigilon

7. Are there any Custom Solutions running on the software? – typically these have been paid for by the VA and created/installed by Lenel.
