About this file

This document is a justification and approval for a sole-source task order against an indefinite delivery contract for multi-specialty nursing and medical staffing services at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. The proposed sole-source task order awarded to One Stop Recruiting LLC is for a one-year firm fixed price effort to provide staffing for Certified Nursing Assistants, Constant Observation Technicians, and Licensed Practical Nurses. The total estimated value of the task order is $4 million. The justification for the exception to fair opportunity is that the task order is a logical follow-on to the original IDIQ contract, under which all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered. The task order was approved by the Division Chief, Network Contracting Office 4, and the VHA Head of Contracting Activity.
