The project involves tuckpointing, waterproofing, and comprehensive renovation of Buildings 2, 6, 7, 8, and 57, which are approximately 100 years old and require significant exterior repairs. Key scope elements include evaluating existing building conditions, repairing masonry, addressing water infiltration, providing waterproofing specifications, coordinating with historical preservation authorities, and developing a complete construction package.

The project is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside with a construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated A-E contract award date is on or before December 19, 2025, with a total performance period of 341 calendar days. Potential contractors must be registered in SAM and verified as SDVOSB, with the selected firm responsible for site surveys, design development, construction documents, technical specifications, construction period services, site visits, cost estimates, and as-built documentation. The project will focus on addressing extensive exterior wall deterioration, foundation issues, drainage problems, and historical preservation requirements across multiple buildings.
