About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment/Modification to a federal contract for parking services at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The modification, issued on February 9, 2026, by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) in Buffalo, New York, corrects the start and end dates of the Contract Line Items (CLINs) and clarifies the distinction between contractor-provided flammable storage cabinets and government-provided secure storage for contractor equipment.

The contract involves three primary service categories: (1) sufficient patient-assisted parking attendants to park and retrieve vehicles in Lot L with a 10-minute or less turnaround time; (2) one attendant to monitor Lot B and report issues to police; and (3) one attendant to monitor Lot Q and report issues to police. The base contract period runs from April 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027 (10 months), with four additional one-year option periods running from February 1 through January 31 of each subsequent year (2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030, and 2030-2031). Services fall under NAICS Code 812930 (Parking Lots and Garages) and Product/Service Code M1LZ (Operation of Parking Facilities). The pricing schedule includes total costs for each CLIN grouping across the base year and all option years, with individual line items broken down by service component.

ONE

The purpose of this modification is to correct the start and end dates of the CLINs.

The base year of the contract is April 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 (10 months) and each option year period of performance (12 mo.) shall be 2/1 - 1/31.

This also answers the following questions: 1Q) What is difference between a lockable flammable storage cabinet and the Government providing secure storage for Contractor equipment? 1A) Flammable Storage Cabinet is provided by the vendor (as described in the SOW) to hold gasoline for your golf cart. Secure storage is provided by the Government to hold all items needed to perform day-to-day operations; i.e. golf cart, signs, lockable key cabinet, etc.
