About this file
This Special Notice is a sole source contract intent to award by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for General Radiopharmaceuticals. The contract will be awarded to Nuclear Diagnostic Products, Inc. for a short-term period from 02/22/2026 through 12/31/2026, bridging the gap until a multi-year contract begins on 01/01/2027. The current contract expires on 02/21/2026, and this short-term contract is necessary to ensure veterans continue to receive nuclear medicine services across multiple VA medical centers in New York and New Jersey.
The solicitation (36C24226Q0263) involves NAICS code 325412 and Product Service Code 6505, with no specific set-aside designation. Interested parties may submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) via email to Paul Speedling (Paul.Speedling@va.gov) by 3:00 PM EST on January 23, 2026. The notice emphasizes that this is strictly for market research purposes, and no contract will be awarded based on responses. The VA will consider submissions to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, with the final determination solely at the government's discretion.
