| REQUESTRow1: How are the Watt Stoppers installed and configured for the D-Wing 3rd & 4th floor areas. | |

| ANSWER: Room controller (RC1) devices will be used to control the lights in the hallways in each zoned area. The room controllers will operate in conjunction with ceiling mounted occupancy sensors and wall mounted light switches, as shown on plans. Hallways will be set for automatic "on" operation based on ceiling sensors, and can also turn lights on/off via wall switches. Individual rooms will have vacancy sensor switches, set to manual "on" operation, there are no room controllers or ceiling sensors in these rooms. See electrical details for more information. The term Watt Stopper does not imply that we are connecting into the building existing "Watt Stopper" system. This will be a stand-alone system for the D-Wing 3rd & 4th floor. | |
