About this file

This document provides a modification to a pre-solicitation notice for an architect-engineering contract with services to be performed at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, New York. The contract is set aside 100% for small disabled veteran-owned small businesses and involves design services for the replacement of boilers that provide heat to the entire Canandaigua VA Medical Center campus. Responses to questions received are provided regarding available documentation on the existing plant and boilers, as well as adjustments to requirements percentages. The period of performance for design services is 200 days from notice of award. Interested firms should submit current SF-330 forms by April 16, 2020 for evaluation based on specialized experience, professional qualifications, experience in construction period services, past performance, capacity, location, and subcontracting commitments. The estimated construction magnitude is between $5 million to $10 million.
