About this file
This is Amendment 0005 to Solicitation 36C24126R0069 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 1 in Leeds, Massachusetts. The amendment was effective August 13, 2026, and responds to Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted on August 7 and August 10, 2026. The amendment clarifies project requirements and does not extend the deadline for offer submission. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the specified hour and date through one of three methods: completing items on the amendment and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or sending a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
The amendment provides clarifications on multiple project aspects for Phase 1A work. Key clarifications include: project phasing limits referenced in RFI Question #8 (issued August 3); boring locations shown on drawings CG101–CG104 with test pit sketches on BL106; the location of an 80-space temporary gravel parking area shown in a shaded red clouded area on provided graphics; full-size PDF drawings available for contractor printing; a third site visit scheduled for Friday, August 14 at 10:00 a.m.; confirmation that no work is required in the elevated water tank area; security camera specifications requiring IP cameras compatible with VideoEdge NVRs with built-in A.I. analytics, CAT6 cabling, and pole types/mounting heights per drawings and specifications; and clarification that the number of trees to be cut down will be determined by the contractor in coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative based on scope requirements. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
