This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for nationwide infusion pump units. The RFI seeks market research and industry information to validate a previous market survey from July 2024, with the goal of acquiring infusion pump units and support services for VA facilities across the country. The solicitation (36C24125Q0291) is classified under NAICS code 339112 for Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and Product Service Code 6515 for Medical and Surgical Instruments.

Key details include a response deadline of March 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with responses to be submitted via email to brett.cook@va.gov and matthew.mcdonell@va.gov. The RFI encourages respondents to provide company information, small business program eligibility, employee count, product ownership details, and capability statements. Interested companies are asked to include specifications, brochures, and general pricing information, with an emphasis on maintenance, training, and technical refresh practices for infusion pumps. The VA explicitly states this is a market research effort only, with no commitment to future solicitation or award, and respondents will not be compensated for their submissions.
