1.) Can vendors quote other services like Dish Network? No 2.) Will internet be supplied to the head end unit? Or will the vendor have to supply? We do not have an internet service that can be connected to.
3.) In house channels? Do you have the content or will the vendor supply? I have 3 in house channels 4.) Is there a centralized distribution for the whole property? Or does each building have its own Dmark? Centralized distribution 5.) Who is your current provider right now? DirecTV 6.) Will there be a site visit allowed? Yes 7.) Typical configuration for the system supports 46 channels, but the current request is for
48 channels. Providing the additional two channels will slightly increase the overall cost.
Could you please confirm if the 48-channel configuration is mandatory, or would a 46-channel configuration be acceptable to meet your requirements while potentially reducing the cost? 46 channels if fine but we need local channels and the ability to get New England sports.
8.) Building Structure: Single Story Building: This is not explicit in Sow. Is the building a single-story structure? No up to 7 floors
9.) MDF for the COM: Home Run or Loop Thru Cabling: The type of cabling (home run or loop through) is not explicit. Kindly advise. We are running of coax cable with boosters

TV Models: Are all TVs the same model or if they are commercial sets? We have 32" A- Series Smart HDTV Hospital Display MODEL: PDI-A32A , P16TV and medTAB16 Series TVs and some smart TVs
Responsibility for Scanning/Programming: Who is responsible for scanning and programming the 250 TVs? We can do it.
Occupied Rooms During Installation: Are rooms going to be occupied during the installation? Yes, But and work with the floors
Manufacturer and Model Numbers: Who is the manufacturer of the TVs? Mostly PDI and LG
Internet Availability: No internet service that can be used.
Internet for COM: Do they currently have internet at the location? Not that can be used.
11.) Are they hospital grade Tv's- Pro-idium or are they just a hodge podge of different TV types? Yes, hospital grade.
12.) The project objective says for 250 TVs, what is the room count, please? 250 rooms for 250 TV’s? No, some rooms have 2 or 3 TVs in them.
13.) Is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. New
14.) If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? N/A
