About this file
This modification notice amends a previous special notice for qualifications seeking architectural and engineering services. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks firms to provide electrical deficiency corrections and upgrades at the West Haven Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Building 1. The project location is 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, Connecticut. Interested firms must submit a Standard Form 330 with details of no more than three relevant projects as references in Sections F, G, and H. Submissions are due by March 24, 2023 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The notice provides responses to clarifying questions, confirming the three-project limit applies to all three sections of the SF 330.

DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the response to the one (1) Request for Information (RFI) received for Special Notice 36C24123R0078 on or before the RFI submission date of Friday, March 3, 2023 by 4:00 pm EST.
Question 1: Page 5 of the notice for the above-referenced project states that a detailed narrative covering no more than three relevant projects should be provided as part of the second of the 7 evaluation criteria ("specialized experience and technical competence") to be covered in Section H of the SF 330.
Can you please clarify whether this means that Sections F and G of the SF 330 are also limited to those three projects?
VA Response: Yes, Section F and Section G of the Standard Form 330 (SF 330) are limited to the same three (3) projects as described in Section H of the SF 330. Therefore, no more than (3) projects shall be identified throughout the entirety of Section F, Section, G, and Section H of the SF 330.
The due date for the SF 330 submissions remains as Friday, March 24, 2023 at 4:00 pm EST.
ALL PROVISIONS IN THIS NOTICE REMAIN IN EFFECT.
