About this file

This is an Amendment 0001 to a Sources Sought / Request for Information notice that cancels and closes the original market research notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Procurement Office issued this amendment on July 8, 2026, to terminate solicitation number 36C10X26Q0196 for Veterans Identification Card Application and Data Quality Support Follow On services. The VA determined that sufficient responses were received from certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns to complete the market research phase and support continued acquisition planning. The original Sources Sought notice sought qualified SDVOSB firms to provide Veterans Identification Card application processing support, Help Desk/AskVA support, data quality support, and project management services under a 100% SDVOSB set-aside.

The notice is now cancelled and closed effective immediately, with no additional responses requested. All responses received prior to cancellation will be retained and used by the Government for market research and acquisition planning purposes, including requirement refinement and acquisition strategy development. This amendment does not constitute a formal solicitation or invitation for bids, and no award will be made under this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing responses. Any future solicitation, if issued, will be posted separately through standard acquisition procedures. The point of contact is Contract Specialist Derek Devine at derek.devine@va.gov, and the Contracting Officer is Jacky Jean-Jacques at Jacky.Jean-Jacques@va.gov.
