About this file
This document is an amendment to Solicitation 36C10X24Q0159 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick. The solicitation is for an event designer/electrician to provide labor, decorating, and electrical services for the 38th National Veterans Golden Age Games to be held at the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The amendment answers questions received regarding the electrical requirements, pipe and drape colors, registration booths, expo layout and signage, carpet and floor graphics, and government-furnished equipment. It confirms that 4 forklifts with operators will be provided at no additional cost. Invoices are to be submitted post-event and paid on a net 30 basis. The amendment provides additional details on the booth configurations and requirements for the Health and Wellness Expo area.
