About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous federal solicitation providing responses to questions from offerors. The solicitation is for mental health services including an employee resource portal, monthly webinars, and manager coaching sessions. The portal must be available within six months and contain email addresses but no unique logins. Content development is required for the 12 annual webinars. Coaching sessions for managers should be 60 minutes. The VA will host SharePoint in Microsoft 365. No incumbent supports this effort currently and there are no preferred vendors for the portal. Maintenance is only required for 1-3 years. A needs assessment survey can be conducted and the place of performance is online. The response date is August 30, 2023.
