About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a Request for Proposal for Medical Disability Examinations International services. The solicitation seeks proposals to provide medical examination services for veterans outside of the United States through the Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick. The questions and answers clarify that offerors may submit proposals in multiple emails if needed to avoid file size limitations, and that the sample task order pricing spreadsheet has been updated to show a quantity of 10 for each contract line item rather than estimated annual quantities.
