About this file
This document is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center seeking clinical pathway template acquisition services. The solicitation seeks quotes for ongoing guidance, integration, national spread, and implementation of oncology clinical pathways customized for the VA population. Quotes are due by September 8, 2021. Award will be a firm-fixed price contract for a one-year base period of performance from September 27, 2021 through September 26, 2022, with two option years. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and will be evaluated using a tiered approach prioritizing SDVOSB, VOSB, small business, and large business concerns in order. Technical approach is the most important factor and will be evaluated based on the offeror's plans, project management, pilot implementation, and national spread. Price will also be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
