A.1 CONTINUATION PAGE

The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Provide responses to questions received in response to the solicitation and Government responses (#1 – 2, below):

GENERAL

1. For the Socio-Economic Status. Page 1 Item 10 has the 100% small business checked off. Page 32 Volume III and page 34 #4 talks about being a SDVOSB and VOSB and getting better points if you are one. Can we still bid on this project if we are a small business or will that disqualify us if we are a small business?

RESPONSE: This solicitation has been 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 485999. In accordance with VAAR 852.215-70, SDVOSB and VOSB Evaluation Factors, additional evaluation credit will be given for prime contractors verified in the Veteran Information Pages (VIP) as SDVOSB or VOSB, or non-Veteran owned firms proposing to subcontract to SDVOSB/VOSB contractors (See Section E.1 and E.2 for details).

TASKS/DELIVERABLES

2. Shuttle services are requested Monday - Friday. Are we to include the 10 federal holidays? Or will shuttle services not be required for the 10 federal holidays? 262 days or 252 days for 12 months?

RESPONSE: Transportation services will not be required during Federal Holidays.

B. Update Section B.2 PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT to incorporate changes made as a result of contractor questions.
