These programs currently occupy space within Buildings 258, 257, and 306 on the West Los Angeles VAMC campus and their relocation to a new facility would support future Veteran Housing initiatives within those buildings. Temporary canteen services will be provided through the end of 2028 to maintain continuity of operations. Upon establishment of temporary services, the existing Building 306 will be demolished, and site preparation will commence.
The Government intends to award a maximum of three MATOC IDIQ contracts to the offerors whose Phase II proposals represent the best overall value.
