• VA is pleased to be able to advance the renovation and preservation of the Chapel by soliciting a service lease under the West Los Angeles

Leasing Act of 2016.

• During the first 30 minutes, Alan Trinh of VA’s Network Contracting

• After that overview, those attendees who RSVP’d for the Chapel Tour will make their way to the north campus for a guided entry to the building. Those attendees are welcome to walk to the Chapel or drive and park in the adjacent Lot #7.

Lease Information Session/Site Visit.

Opening Remarks (continued)

• VA respectfully requests no audio or video recording during this Lease

Information Session/Site Visit, to include photos of VA staff and other attendees.

• For those attendees that requested CDs of the Chapel AutoCAD files, those will be distributed at the end of the session.

• VA will accept all questions in writing only, so the Contracting Office can adequately review and address. Following the Lease Information
