Questions and Answers 36C10E19Q0005 Amendment 0001

NOTE: All responses are in bold.

Question 1: Can you please confirm the place of performance for this contract?

Answer 1: The majority of performance will be conducted at the Baltimore Regional Office, at 31 Hopkins Pl., Baltimore, MD 21201. Intermittent services will be required at the National Capital Region Benefits Office, at 1722 I St., Washington, DC. Please refer to the revised CLIN structure for hours estimated to be worked at each location, along with Sections 2.1 and 4.0 of the SOW for additional information.

Question 2: Is there a format the VA is expecting to see as far as quotes are concerned (i.e.

technical, past performance, price volumes, etc.)? If no format is expected, will an executive summary and resume of proposed ASL interpreter along with pricing be sufficient?

Answer 2: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price as the only factor considered.

Offers shall be submitted electronically to Heather.Hampton@va.gov. The email subject line must contain the following: “Quote in Response to 36C10E19Q0005, ASL Interpreter Services - Baltimore”.

Quotes must contain the following:

• Company name, address, DUNS Number, tax identification number (TIN), and point of contact with phone number, and e-mail address.

• A completed price schedule in the format as provided;

• Acknowledgement of any/all amendments;

All other non-required information provided (i.e. resumes, executive summary, etc.) will be reviewed, but will not be evaluated for award purposes.

Question 3: Can you provide for an extension to the due date?

Answer 3: Yes. The quote due date/time has been changed. Quotes are now due by 1 PM EST on Monday, September 24, 2018.
