2.0 Equipment Specifications

2.1 Xcelerator

Description:

Xcelerator heated hoses provide more options and control than ever. All Xcelerator hoses are designed to provide full independent A and B temperature control. This provides more precise pressure balancing and improved material yield. New robust construction provides longer life and reduced maintenance. Xcelerator heated hoses come as internally or externally heated hoses, that are independently temperature controlled. The new internally heated hoses have 40% faster warm-up times, are 40% more flexible, and have a 35% smaller diameter compared to traditional externally heated hose.

Specifications:

Internal Heated Hose With Xtreme-Wrap™ Scuff Guard, 2000 psi Maximum Fluid Working Pressure, 130 psi Maximum Air Inlet Pressure, Wetted Parts: Chemically-Resistant Polymeric Material, Stainless Steel, Plated Carbon Steel, Specifications: -5 JIC x -6 JIC Connection, 3/8 in ID Diameter, 100 ft Length, For Use With: Reactor® 3 Sprayers, Without Cable

2.2 Pump Kit

Description:

Transfer pump package includes two T3 Carbon Steel 3:1 Transfer Pumps, air supply kit, 3 m x 19 mm (10 ft x 3/4 in) supply hose and fittings for two pumps.

The T3 Transfer Pump combines proven Merkur air-motor and popular T2 lower. The T3 is a 3:1 ratio pump – using less air pressure to provide the same fluid pressure required. The T3 pump is rated for a continuous output of 17 lpm (4.5 gpm), allowing enough flow to easily keep up with biggest proportioner, the Reactor H-50. As the T3 is rated for a max. inlet pressure of 6.8 bar (100 psi, 0.68 MPa), an air regulator is included with every pump.

Key Features:

· Easier to maneuver - The overall height of the T3 is 3.7 inches shorter above the drum than the T2, making it easier to remove from the drum inside of a spray rigHeated Hose - Internally heated and externally heated options

· More quiet – Studies show the T3 Transfer Pump is about 3x more quiet than the T2 Transfer Pump

· Less maintenance - the Merkur air-motor is based on air pilot valve technology. The air-motor switching is purely pneumatic. This differs from T1 and T2 Transfer Pumps, which use a mechanical reversing mechanism in the air-motor

· Longer lasting pump - designed for durability with less maintenance

· Quick-release bung adapter for easy drum removal without interference from hose connections

2.6 Air Compressor

The new 5hp QRS 5.5 TM quiet rotary screw air compressor is three phase 230v. This three phase screw compressor is mounted on a 60 gallon ASME horizontal air receiver.

Compressors are engineered for high performance, efficiency and reliability. The QRS 5.5 HP quiet rotary screw air compressors can meet the compressed air demands of virtually any industry. The QRS is designed to be quiet and can be installed almost anywhere. With standard mounted receiver tank, the three phase QRS5.0HP is the leading rotary screw compressor for light industrial applications.

The QRS 5 horsepower air compressor is the ultimate workshop compressor. This compressor is designed for 100% duty cycle and can run all day without needing to shut down. The compressor solution is plug and play. Since it comes pre-mounted on a 60 gallon air receiver, simply hook up your electrical, connect your piping and you are ready to go!

Maintenance with this quiet compressor is a breeze since the oil filter and separator are both spin-on filters. This is also one of the quietest compressors on the market and only displaces 62db(A) when fully loaded. It can operate right on your shop floor, eliminating the need for an expensive compressor room.

The motor is a tri-voltage totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) main drive motor. This keeps dust and debris out of the motor windings and controls ensuring a long life. Since it's tri-voltage by design, it will work with any common 3 phase power found in the United States. It's pre-wired 230v/3/60hz, but can be converted to either 208v/3/60 or 460/3/60 in as little as 5 minutes.

Rotary air compressors come with a 1-Year Warranty. An optional extended warranty is available upon startup by an authorized service center. The internal part number for this CP air compressor is 4152054801.

Key Features:

· Advanced screw air end: The QRS 3-10M comes with a high-efficiency air end that delivers 15% more air and is 12% more efficient than its predecessor.

· IE3 efficiency motor: allows for continuous operation while reducing energy costs.

· Super-silent canopy: reduces sound emissions to a comfortable 61-68 dB(A).

· Continuous Operating Capability: Can be run 24/7/365 when needed.

· Easy to install: Plug and Play design, the QRS 5.5 was built to be installed and used right where you need it: on your shop floor.

· 60 gal. ASME/CRN Receiver Tank: Pre-installed and plumbed with the air compressor. Simple and easy to bolt to the ground.
