About this file

This is a Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin regarding RFI 36C10B26Q0662 for the Patient Advocate Tracking System – Replacement (PATS-R) Enhancement and Sustainment. The VA has placed the requirement on hold while finalizing its acquisition strategy, and no further action will be taken on the RFI at this time. The VA indicates that if and when this requirement progresses forward—whether under the same RFI number or through an alternative acquisition path—any future industry engagement will be communicated through official channels such as SAM.gov. The notice acknowledges vendor participation and expresses appreciation for the time and effort invested in responding to the original RFI.
