About this file

This is a Special Notice amendment issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center announcing an acquisition strategy for the NLEC-NG SO 7 Recompete procurement. The solicitation number is 36C10B26Q0598, with a response deadline of October 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The contracting office is located in Eatontown, New Jersey (zip code 07724), with the primary point of contact being Contract Specialist Camille Dye at camille.dye@va.gov or 512-981-4018.

The Government has determined that it will utilize its existing indefinite delivery type contract to procure the services required under this acquisition, rather than conducting a new competitive solicitation. This approach aligns with Federal Acquisition Regulation 7.102(a)(4) requirements for agencies to consider pre-existing contracts—including interagency and intra-agency contracts—before awarding new contracts. The Product Service Code is DG11 (Information Technology and Telecommunications) with a NAICS Code of 517111. The special notice will be archived 30 days after the response date.
