About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for RFI 36C10B26Q0323 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The RFI addresses three key industry inquiries regarding solicitation requirements. First, the VA confirmed that all resources for the engagement, including implementation and ongoing support activities, must be U.S.-based. Second, in response to industry requests for additional time to prepare comprehensive responses, the VA extended the response deadline to April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST (originally requested as April 24). Third, the VA approved an increase to the page limitation from an unstated original amount to 25 pages, allowing vendors to address all requested elements more thoroughly across the solicitation requirements and Attachment A questions.
