About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice (RFI) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for Radimetrics Radiation Dose Management Software Support for VISN 8 Sunshine Healthcare Network. The VA seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Bayer Radimetrics Dose Management System licenses and technical support, which will be deployed across seven medical facilities: Miami, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Gainesville, Tampa, Bay Pines, and San Juan.

The RFI requires vendors to submit detailed company information, including CAGE/DUNS numbers, contact details, and a technical approach description by September 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Responses are limited to 6 pages and should address previous VA contracts, recommendations on the draft Product Description, and for small businesses, details on set-aside requirements and team composition. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) are encouraged to respond, with a preference for vendors who can demonstrate that at least 50% of contract costs will be paid to eligible firms.
