Section 1.0 Requirements
Reads “The Contractor shall deploy and configure the software, onboard and train users and provide technical support to fully replicate the current data environment described above supporting an operational decision-making capability within 3 months following award.” This does not seem to match the Deliverables called out in the same section (A-D). Need clarification of the timeline of the call out for requirements as onboarding, training, and migrating 500 users to fully replicate the current VA environment in 3 months is a significant logistical requirement.
