Question and Answers:
Q1. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
A1. Previous services were under contract 36C25920P0330.
Q2. In the title of this RFI it is about conference room scheduling software. However, in the section 1.3 it mentions and lists FMSWorkplace solution which is a space management software solution… the RFI is a bit confusing in what the end user is asking for.
A2. Added clarifying language to section 1.3 to match the language in sections 1.3.1 -1.3.6. Updated language is in red. Please note that a one-day extension has been added to the response date.
