About this file
This is a Question and Answers document issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) in response to inquiries regarding mini-RFP No. S-73000-00009786 for the Statewide BUD Permit Expansion and Renewal project, dated April 11, 2024. The document clarifies two key procedural questions regarding Task 2 deliverables and timeline. ODOT confirmed that consultants are required to submit soil sampling to the Agency Project Manager within 8 weeks of completing Task 2, with this submission consisting of notification that sampling has been completed rather than a technical document. Additionally, ODOT defined the completion of Task 2 as DEQ's approval of the final work plan, rather than the consultant's submittal of the work plan to ODOT.
The Q&A document does not address pricing, contract terms, set-asides, or funding sources, as it serves solely to provide technical clarification on project deliverables and scheduling requirements for interested bidders on the referenced mini-RFP.
