About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to Solicitation #34300024Q0033 for a Global Company Database subscription issued by the International Trade Commission (ITC).

The solicitation seeks a subscription to a database containing information on potential merger and acquisition projects, including rumored, announced, completed, and withdrawn/postponed deals. The primary users of the subscription will be international economists and trade analysts at the ITC. The ITC is seeking a wide range of information, although rumored deals are of lower priority than announced and completed transactions. The agency estimates it reviews a varying number of entities per year depending on its investigations. The original quotation due date was extended from an unspecified date to July 22, 2024 to allow offerors to fully address the ITC's requirements based on the Q&A. The ITC estimates the subscription will have 100 or fewer users.
