About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the Fenix Watch federal contract solicitation. The document addresses delivery and pricing requirements that offerors must understand when preparing quotations.
The Government has not established a required delivery date, allowing offerors to propose their own delivery lead times within their quotations. Partial deliveries are acceptable, and items do not need to be shipped in one complete shipment. All quoted prices must be submitted on an FOB Destination basis with all shipping costs included in the price. These flexible delivery terms provide offerors with scheduling flexibility while ensuring the Government receives transparent, all-inclusive pricing for the Fenix Watch products.
