We are a small business looking to subcontract with one of the Primes that may be bidding on this contract. I am not sure of the process, as I am new to the contracting process. Subsequently, could you direct me in the right direction?

Refer to (Sign In List of Site Visit Attendees) Amendment 0002

Would you please provide how many personnel are needed each shift?

The labor categories below are identified as Key Personnel. The contractor is responsible for determining the requiring staffing levels needed for each shift. Refer to SOW Sections 7.3 and 7.4.

Project Manager Supervisor

We do not see instruction on how to submit the proposal. Please provide information such as hard copy, number of hard copies, electronic copy, submit online, or by mail, address of submission, etc.

See RFP Amendment 0001.

The current CBA FY is from Oct 1 to Sep 30, will the Kennedy consider having its FY the same date range? This will help to ease the calculation of the base year since we do not have new CBA rate beyond Oct 1, 2024.

The base contract period will be awarded through September 30, 2024. See revised Schedule B.

In regarding to the Section 2A: Optional CLIN-3rd Shift Post Performance Theater Cleaning (Attachment 2 – Pricing Sheet) - The Excel Price Sheet requires price break down under each category:

number of people, hours per week, fully loaded hourly rate for each FY, hours per year, and Current Yearly total. Questions/Clarification:

This service is per COR’s request, so it is not daily service. It’s an as needed service only when COR requests for particular theater. How would you prefer us to price this based on number of people, total hour per week since we do not know how many theaters open that has late shows? It can be just few theaters, or it can be all or none that has late event.

In order for all contractors to price based on the same requirement, can the JFK provide a fixed number of theaters that will need this service and how many nights per week? Or should all contractors price this based on the assumption that services will be needed every night for all theaters?

If JFK doesn’t have the information at this point on show schedule, may we suggest that that the Pricing Sheet to be revised as an IDIQ HOURLY RATE, so when there’s late events and needed 3rd shift cleaning, we just need to charge based on how many hours needed to take care of the specific theaters that need the service.

Refer to Section 4.9 in the Statement of Work:

The 3rd shift (See Appendix B-3) has an Optional CLIN for post-performance theater cleaning.

This will be included or excluded from the Contractor's responsibilities at the direction of the CO. The contractor should estimate an annual price for this service to be consistent with other items on the Pricing Sheet.

For reference, the historical FY22 theater season (10/01/21 - 09/30/22) had 1,088 performances:

Dates #Performances Dates #Performances

October, 2021 63 April, 2022 149 November, 2021 51 May, 2022 114 December, 2021 100 June, 2022 135 January, 2022 54 July, 2022 105 February, 2022 60 August, 2022 46 March, 2022 113 September, 2022 98

In addition, there were 113 Millennium Stage performances in this period.

As of July 2022, the FY23 theater season (October 1, 2022 thru September 30, 2023) has 1,081 scheduled evening performances.

Note that this is subject to change:
