About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued under the State of Maryland's Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract. The PORFP is for the Maryland Department of State Police to procure 44 Motorola APX 8000 police vehicle radios, including freight and delivery to the Quartermaster Division facility in Jessup, Maryland. The proposal due date and delivery due date are to be determined. This PORFP is open only to the pre-qualified Master Contractors under the Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract, specifically those using Functional Area I for two-way radio equipment. No Small Business Reserve or Minority Business Enterprise goals are set for this procurement.
The evaluation criteria for award will be based primarily on price, with the State's Agency Point of Contact recommending award to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous. The selected Master Contractor will receive a Purchase Order to fulfill the requirements.
