About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a carpet purchase procurement. The document clarifies that the requirement is strictly for the purchase and delivery of carpet squares only, with no installation services required from the contractor. Offerors should not include pricing for installation, removal of existing flooring, or carpet adhesive in their proposals, as these items are outside the scope of work.

The Government will receive deliveries at a warehouse facility equipped with a loading dock and forklifts. Offloading of delivered items will follow standard delivery procedures coordinated between the delivery driver and warehouse personnel, with Government personnel and equipment available to assist. The document does not specify response dates, award dates, pricing terms, set-asides, or the contracting vehicle being used for this procurement.
